Ca n'Espanyol Building

Residential project of 57 houses for whose interiors we were inspired by the traditional Ibizan architecture; this was translated in the use of limestone and wood. The latticework on the façade filters the light and creates a sifting effect reminiscent of island sunsets while giving privacy to the terraces. The kitchens open to the living room are perfectly integrated using materials from the same range of colors as the rest of the apartment where the woods are reminiscent of Ibizan junipers and pines.

For the bathrooms, materials that evoke stone surfaces have been used, giving a natural feeling and touch. For the exteriors, the continuity of natural rustic materials in combination with the white walls with straight lines are the perfect balance that reminds us of country architecture.
